Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gayns mobile application (“App”), operated by GAYNS LTD. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the App or participate in Gayns events.

Accounts & Profiles

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Sign in using a valid Apple ID or Google account
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Be responsible for the security and activity of your account
• Comply with our community standards

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

Community Conduct

Gayns is a respectful and inclusive community. You agree not to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users
• Misuse bookings or disrupt events
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to bypass moderation or safety features

Chats and messages may be moderated for safety. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Event Bookings

Events may be free or paid. By booking an event, you agree to:

• The event-specific details, rules, and cancellation/refund terms
• Attend responsibly and safely
• Follow instructions provided by event hosts

Refund and cancellation policies vary and are displayed for each event.

Subscriptions

The App may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies and applicable law

Health, Safety & Liability

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. You agree that:

• You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and safety
• GAYNS LTD is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from event participation or interactions with users

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, text, graphics, and app functionality are owned by GAYNS LTD. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app or its content without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms the community or platform integrity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes.
